The DPS is administered by a Board of Directors made up of nine McGill students. Six of the directors are elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting; the remaining three are ex-officio directors representing the Society's newspapers.

The DPS is the independent, student-run publisher of The McGill Daily and Le Délit at McGill University in Montréal. Its membership includes most McGill undergrad students, and many graduate students. This website details the administrative side of the DPS' operations.
