BASIC PRINT ADVERTISING GUIDELINES

File formats
We recommend sending print-ready files in PDF or EPS format. TIFF and high resolution JPEG files are also accepted. Original files such as PSD, AI and INDD should be unflattened and all fonts and externally linked images should be sent separately.

File resolution
Images should have a resolution of 300 dpi.

Colour
If you are not familiar with colour profiles, please submit print files in CMYK. Otherwise, please see our colour section in the advanced print technical guidelines. If you wish to use Pantone colours, please see : Can I use Pantone colours?

Sending your files
Media up to 10 MB should be sent to ads@dailypublications.org, 3 business days before publication. Larger files can be transferred through a free upload service such as Dropbox or brought to our office on a USB key or CD.

BASIC WEB ADVERTISING GUIDELINES

Formats
We accept JPEG, PNG, GIF (static or animated), Flash and most javascript tags.

Size, resolution and density
Ads should be submitted at the correct pixel size and a resolution of 72 dpi. We also support higher density files (up to 2x).

Sending your files
Files should be submitted to ads@dailypublications.org, 3 business days before the beginning of the web campaign.
