Advertising content
All advertising is subject to availability and approval of the Daily Publications Society (DPS) upon receipt of a signed agreement. The DPS reserves the right to refuse any advertisement or position commitment at any time. The DPS accepts advertising materials with the understanding that the advertiser has the right to display their contents. The advertiser and/or its agency agrees not to hold the DPS responsible for any loss as a result of any claims arising from print or online publication.

Agencies
The DPS is not bound by any conditions printed on an advertiser’s or advertising agency’s contracts/insertion orders when they conflict with policies already established by the DPS. All exclusivity agreements are considered void by the DPS upon an agency’s cessation of activities or default of payment. The DPS reserves the right to directly sollicit any advertiser having previously made use of its services.

Changes and cancellations
All changes or cancellations must be made and received before the closing date. Contract cancellations will be short-rated to the rate closest to the number of print ads run and/or total number of days of online display.

Deadlines
All advertising material must be sumbitted by 3 pm, five business days prior to the publication date. If new material is not received by the deadline, the DPS may use prior ad material.

Payment
The advertiser and/or its agency is liable to payment for advertisements published/displayed regardless of editorial content. The DPS has the right to hold the advertiser and/or its agency jointly and separately liable for any monies due following the publication/display of advertisements.

Liability
The DPS is not liable for any failure to publish/display any print or online advertisement. Rates and terms apply to all contracts and insertion orders.
